Finding and recreating recipes for flavourful and healthy dishes is one of my favourite challenges.  My goal is to find interesting, but uncomplicated recipes that incorporate healthier ingredients  – more fibre, good fats and superfoods.  What are superfoods? They’re basically food in its pure form that is nutrient dense.

I do not subscribe to any one way of eating – vegan, paleo, gluten-free, raw, or vegetarian.  As a flexitarian, I get to enjoy everything. Below is a selection of my favourite recipes – some created by my sister-in-law, and some adapted from other chefs. Enjoy and have fun!
